To my readers: I have started getting rights back on many of my older titles, including Wolf Tales 10, 11, and 12 (though not the early ones yet!) They currently are unavailable unless you find print books by third party sellers. I will be bringing the stories out within the next few months, hopefully in both print and digital formats. I've also gotten rights to a number of other books returned, and will be rereleasing those asap.

And yes, this is exactly the same note I have on the first page of the Wolf Tales novella section--I'm trying to make it less confusing...
In fact, I really didn't set out to make the order of Wolf Tales confusing to follow--that is, if you're like me and insist on reading a series in order. The thing is, the series began as an online serial without any overall story arc. I just sat down, sort of channeled my characters, and let them have their way with me. When you're writing what is essentially the next chapter, it's obvious that one will flow directly into the next. With cliffhangers!
When Kensington bought the series, we had no idea how popular the Chanku would become, which is why the first anthology after the original Wolf Tales (which was a compilation of the first five serial chapters) was called Sexy Beast (with Chanku Rising as part of the Wolf Tales series included) and the second anthology was Wild Nights, with another Wolf Tales novella, Camille's Dawn.
By the time Wolf Tales III came out, I think we all sort of realized that readers would want more, and since the first Sexy Beast anthology had done so well, the rest of the anthologies with Chanku stories were all called Sexy Beast--and numbered, just like the Wolf Tales series. Except now, the numbers were off because of that Wild Nights anthology.
There are readers who still haven't figured out the order, and unfortunately, since I write in a terribly linear fashion--one story leading directly to the next, no matter how long that next one is--readers who haven't read the anthology novellas are missing a huge chunk of the Wolf Tales saga.
A lot of readers don't care about that sort of thing, which is great. I wish I could be that relaxed when I read a series and suddenly realize I'm missing something! So for those of you who really like things all lined up in order, here's the full list of all the Wolf Tales/Chanku stories and the order in which to read them--and my apologies. The confusion was not premeditated. Honest!
