Epic Prez Jeff Strand was the often unwilling recipient of a number of "Awards." In this particular instance, a chest full of aides to help him with his duties as master of ceremonies at the EPIC Banquet. Presentation was made by Patricia Lucas White and Betty Kasischke. Promotion Panel with Kate Douglas, Jeff Strand, moderator, Lynne Hansen and Dusty Rhodes. Melinda Rucker Haines was the keynote speaker on Saturday with an inspiring talk on Manifest Success. And yes, it is possible to hypnotize an entire banquet room full of authors... Finally, the EPPIES! Jeff Strand hosted the event with his usual sense of dignity and decorum...NOT!
